Is prohibited the disclosure, copying, adaption, citation, transcription, translation and/ or any other form of full or partial use of the content, layout and graphic design, images or sounds of this document/ website or that can be accesses by it by any means or using any support (physical or immaterial) without the respective authorization or licensing by the holder of the intellectual property rights subject to civil and / or criminal prosecution of those responsible for the unauthorized use.

The user or licensed for the use by any means of all or part of this document/ website may only do so on terms and conditions agreed with the holder of intellectual property rights and conditions for the purpose for which the grant of the license or authorization, as otherwise will face civil and / or criminal prosecution taking into consideration the misuse done.

CLEAR assumes no responsibility for any third party website that can be accessed through CLEAR website. We have no means to control the content of third party websites totally independent of CLEAR. Moreover, it is the responsibility of the visitor to take all necessary precautions to prevent those websites are infected by one or more "viruses", "e-mails as spam," or any other "parasites" or "hacking".

c) Personal Information and / or other
CLEAR will not disclose to third parties personally identifiable information that has been transmitted via email. This information will be used solely to answer it the best way possible. According to Law No. 67/98 of October 26 - Law of Protection of Personal Data, the visitor has rights of access, modification, rectification and deletion of its personal data, simply by requesting it via email: geral@clear.pt

The visitor of this website should be aware that (i) it is technically impossible that the same is presented totally free from errors and CLEAR cannot assume responsibility for it, (ii) these errors can cause the website to be temporarily unavailable, and (iii) the operation of the website may be adversely affected by conditions beyond the control of CLEAR, for example, methods of transmission and telecommunications between CLEAR and the visitor and between CLEAR and other systems and networks. CLEAR and/ or its technicians can, at any time, temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue all or part of the site to perform maintenance work and/ or make improvements and/ or changes to the website. CLEAR is not responsible for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the website.  

f) Jurisdiction
This website and its contents are governed by the Portuguese law. Any dispute about this website and its contents are the responsibility of the Portuguese courts.  

g) Privacy Policy
  • Data collected automatically - Domains and IP addresses of visitors are logged automatically. This information does not identify you, but feathers the computer used to access the site.
  • Collection and use of data - In the case where the user requests information may be necessary to collect personal information. When contacting us by e-mail, request information or leave suggestions/ comments via the website, requires us to collect your e-mail address, name and other specific personal identifying information. When asking for personal data we will ensure that the collection and use will be made in strict compliance with applicable collection and data protection legislation. The user's personal data will not be transmitted outside CLEAR without the user permission.
  • Security - security policies, rules and technical measures have been implemented to protect personal data under our control that complies with protection legislation appropriate to the jurisdiction applicable to the site data. The security measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, improper use, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. Currently, it is not given to visitors to our website the option of using a secure method of transmitting personal data to CLEAR.
  • Privacy compliance/ conformity - Our privacy policy is in accordance with applicable Portuguese law, namely Law No. 67/98 of 26 October. The data protection legislation is subject to revision, and we recommend the user to regularly consult our privacy statement.
